I don't like Frist either. I'm trying to be fair and show all potential 2008 presidental candidates. You can find the rest on the right hand column under the Know Your Candidates.

To answer your question, the possible Libertarian candidate could possibly be Michael Badnarik. He ran in 2004 and I think came in right after Ralph Nader of the Green Party. I'm pretty sure he announced his interest in running again. Look forward for me to reseach him in the near future by your request.

I was too young to vote too then and I'd have to admit that I really didn't pay much attention to him at the time. Too bad he can't run in 2008.

I think this will be the best years for a third party beings that everyone is getting fed up with the whole Democrat vs Republican political divide. Keep an eye out for the Libertarian party, they'll probably do fairly well in 2008.

Yeah I agree. You know he is the Senate Majority Leader. Thank goodness he is not seeking re-election in November. Some say he'll run for president in 2008.
